Is It Better To Eat Meat Or Vegetarian?

Last week I received some great videos (see link below) from Rose Cole’s “Natural Health & Nutrition Tips” ezine and thought I’d pass them along. I’ve been enjoying them because they’re not your usual “diet and exercise” tips (which she explains why that doesn’t work in one of her videos).

Also, she’s doing is a free teleclass tomorrow night (Tues. Jan 26th) called “The Great Meat Debate – Do The Vegetarians or Meat Eaters Win?

A couple of questions she poses for reflection before the call:

Have you even wondered which helps you lose weight faster, eating meat or going vegetarian?

Which one is the most healthy?

Which one is more spiritual?

Given that I eat a vegetarian diet (and used to eat almost exclusively meat with no vegetables), I’m very curious what she’ll say :)

Rose also did a whole series of free videos on topics like:

  • Enzymes, Weight Loss, And Having Lots Of Energy Oh My!
  • If You’re Overweight And Tired, It’s Probably NOT Your Fault
  • It Sounds Easy, So Why Am I Still Stuck (fat)?

I personally think her video titles could be improved a lot… but the content was really good and informative, and shares why some people can eat a ton and never gain weight, while other people eat barely a hair and have trouble not gaining weight.
