New Interview With Chris: Your Holistic Story
By Chris Cade on Feb 8, 2010 in Interviews

I’ve been receiving so much positive feedback about my interviews, that I’m going to start going through my archives and looking for more of them to post.
For today, I’m going to share one from late 2009 when Angelique Bianca of The Healer’s Way interviewed me with a specific challenge in mind: Is the pen still mightier than the sword?
We had a lot of fun, and we looked at how the process of writing can enable people to joyfully experience a stronger body, better health, and increased energy.
We all know that physical fitness is but a mere fraction of our well-beings. While doctors, pharmaceuticals, and the media focus on just bodily health, other areas of our well-being are being ignored.
The spiritual. The emotional. The mental.
So in this interview, we look at the relationship between writing and our holistic health. We explore what our inner wisdom, our inner story, has to share with us.

And really that is what this interview is all about: emotional, mental, and spiritual healing through your hidden story, words, and writing. We look at how to take what’s in your heart down onto paper, make sense of it all, and unburden yourself from any pain or limitations that may be holding your health and potential behind.
In this interview, I share with you how to:
- Tap into your wisdom and years of experience for long-lasting peace and emotional healing.
- Use words and storytelling to write your future, allowing your dreams and goals to manifest themselves with ease.
- Break the subconscious limitations that are keeping you from a balanced and happy life.
- Bring out the raw feelings inside of you and shape them into a comprehensible source of support and growth.
- Let your inner child come out and play so that society’s judgements, your peers’ beliefs of you, and your own negative stories
no longer burden you.
I hope you enjoy the interview! Thanks for listening and I’m sure that you’ll love this interview. There’s so much to learn from it and after you’ve listened, you’ll realize that there’s so much to learn from your story too.
