Liberate Your Life Outline: Module 1

Liberate Your Life

Module 1: Introduction To Your Inner Critic

Most people spend their entire life obeying a voice inside their head. Over and over again, that voice tells them stories that stop them from doing great things with their lives. As a result they endure a life of limitation, disappointment and frustration. Where did this Inner Critic come from? What keeps it going? And how does it stop us from growing? We explore these questions and more in Module One of Liberate Your Life.

2,600 years ago, the Chinese warrior Sun Tzu said: "Know your enemy and know yourself, find naught in fear for 100 battles." This first module helps us understand our great adversary – the Inner Critic. Discover the cunning acts of self-sabotage we suffer at the hands of this mental menace every day. Knowing is, after all, half the battle.

Here's what Module One reveals...
